Dear students,
The state examinations for the Bachelor’s degree will be held on the following dates:
- “Economics and Finance” (English and French programs). First part “Economics”: July 17, 2026, at 10:00, rooms 300 and 400, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. Second part “Finance and Accounting”: July 20, 2026, at 10:00, rooms 302, 303, and 308, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration
- “Business Administration” (English, German, and French programs) - July 16, 2026, at 9:00, rooms 300, 304, and 400, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration
- “Accounting, Finance and Digital Applications” (taught in English) – July 16, 2026, at 10:00, rooms 302, 303, and 308, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration
During the September examination session, the state exams will take place as follows:
- “Economics and Finance” (English and French programs) – First part “Economics”: September 11, 2026, at 10:00, room 400, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. Second part “Finance and Accounting”: September 14, 2026, at 10:00, rooms 302, 303, and 308, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration
- “Business Administration” (English, German, and French programs) – September 10, 2026, at 10:00, rooms 300 and 400, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration
- “Accounting, Finance and Digital Applications” (taught in English) – September 10, 2026, at 10:00, rooms 302, 303, and 308, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration
Applications for participation in the state examinations will be accepted online by the Bachelor’s degree coordinators from June 22 to July 10, 2026, and from August 31 to September 8, 2026.
Applications may be submitted by programme to the following email addresses:

- Programme “Business Administration” and programme “Accounting, Finance and Digital Applications” – b.ivanova@feb.uni-sofia.bg, Bistra Ivanova.
An application is considered accepted if you receive a confirmation response within 2 days. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact the academic inspectors responsible for the Bachelor’s degree programs.

IMPORTANT!
Only students who have successfully passed all semester examinations and have obtained the required number of credits according to the curriculum are eligible to take the state examination.
On the day of the state examination, students are required to bring their student record books. Students without a student record book will not be admitted to the examination hall.
After successfully passing the state examination, students are required to submit 2 photographs to Room 100 to the inspectors responsible for the Bachelor’s degree programs. The photographs must be passport size and labeled on the back with the student’s full name, faculty number, and program of study.
