On April 16, the first meeting of the Energy Economics Discussion Club was held at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, which was joined by the Bulgarian members of the (IAEE – International Association for Energy Economics).

The meeting started with a guest lecture by Ruslan Stefanov, Director of the Economic Programme of the Center for the Study of Democracy, on "The Role of Economic Analysis in Determining Energy Policy".

The meeting’s program also included a discussion on the topic of the establishment and the operation of the Bulgarian Association for Energy Economics.
