Prof. Ivan Ivanov DSc

Prof. Ivan Ivanov DSc received his Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics in 1994 from Sofia University. Since 2001 he has been a full-time lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Sofia University. He is an associate professor at the Department of Statistics and Econometrics. In 2007 he defended his doctoral dissertation and received the scientific degree of Doctor of Mathematical Sciences. Since 2010 he has been a professor at the Department of Statistics and Econometrics of the faculty.

His research interests include scientific problems in the areas of game modeling, matrix theory, optimization modeling, statistical methods, and machine learning algorithms.
