Assist. Prof. Zlatina Mihaylova, PhD
Dr. Zlatina Mihaylova holds Master's degrees in Organizational Behavior (2003), Pedagogy (2019), and Human Resource Management (2005). Since 2001, she has been a part-time lecturer, and since 2025, she has been a full-time Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".
She teaches in the Master's programs of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".
Dr. Mihaylova is involved in teaching the following courses:
- Human Capital Management, led by Prof. D.Sc. Zhelyu Vladimirov
- Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, co-taught with Prof. D.Sc. Zhelyu Vladimirov
Dr. Mihaylova also supervises Master's students, focusing on topics related to organizational development and people management. In her work with students, she emphasizes a balance between traditional academic requirements and innovative, pragmatic approaches needed to address the contemporary challenges in these complex fields.
Her research interests include people management, organizational development, organizational culture, and professional coaching.
Dr. Mihaylova is a practicing professional coach (Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation since 2021 and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching since 2023). She is the founder of ZIVO, a consultancy that advises leading organizations in Bulgaria and internationally on topics such as organizational development, people management, and people development. Dr. Mihaylova has more than 25 years of experience as a consultant.
