In the past week IAWD and FEBA held the first module of the first round of the Utility Management Training program. The training is held online with the support of the Centre for Educational Services at FEBA.

IAWD

This module Financial & Organizational Management (FOM) presented the tools of Management Accounting – cost centres, budgeting, control and even activity-based costing. The core FOM trainer is Sylvia Dimova – a practitioner who has developed and implemented such tools on multiple occasions. Experts from Sofiyska voda have helped with up-to-date demos.

In the next section of the module Assist. Prof. Vassil Karaivanov from FEBA outlined some direct links between WSS finances and macroeconomic indicators
