Associate Professor Dimitar Zlatinov, PhD
Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Chairman of the Academic Affairs Commission of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. Since 2020, Assoc. Prof. Zlatinov has been the Head of the Department of Economics, where he was previously Scientific Secretary. He is the Director of Master’s Program Economics and Finance and Administrator of the Master’s Program Customs and Tax Control.
Assoc. Prof. Zlatinov has specialized in Austria at the International Monetary Fund and in Luxembourg at the European Court of Auditors. In 2014 he participated in the Fifth Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting in Germany. He worked at the Bulgarian National Bank in 2010-2016.
Assoc. Prof. Zlatinov has participated in over 20 international, national and university research and applied projects. He is the author of over 70 publications in Bulgaria and abroad related to the study of the cyclical development of the economy, the modeling of macroeconomic processes, the interaction of macroeconomic policies, and the labor market.
