Lean Summit Bulgaria 2019 is the largest conference in the region related to the improvement of processes and organizational culture. The event will feature guest speakers from around the world - book authors distinwuished with the most prestigious awards in the field, professors, experienced consultants and experts, as well as representatives of businesses who have transformed their organizations, building on popular lean practices and principles.

At the event, you will be able to learn more about implementing Lean in the field of services, manufacturing and IT, as well as about the lean perspective where organizational culture and development of human resources are concerned. Last but not least, we have prepared panel discussions with various experts, as well as a networking cocktail at the end of the first day. For those who want to get acquainted with practical examples, we have planned to run 4 workshops on the second day.
