The general management of the accommodation process in the SU campus is carried out by the Social and Public Students Issues Council (KSBVU).

The KSBVU personnel consists of five members, who are appointed by a Rector order for each school year.

Each school year the Council prepares and releases a list of the admitted applicants and launches an accommodation campaign for the students, applying for accommodation in the SU campus.

The central office of KSBVU is in Stidents’ Town, block 42 B.
