Volume 24 of the Annual of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” – Faculty of Economics and Business Administration has been released.

The articles included in this volume address issues related to the integration of sustainable development into university strategies; the new EU approach to trade and sustainable development, illustrated by the EU–New Zealand agreement; factors influencing team effectiveness in hybrid work models in the ICT sector; the Lorenz curve and its possible applications; managerial and accounting aspects of hospital operations in Bulgaria and sustainability regulations; trends in carbon intensity across different sectors; current marketing strategies in higher education; unconscious bias; cost accounting by cost centers; gamification in higher education; the development of the business process management concept; the paradox of declining subjective well-being in modern developed economies; and the development of traditional craft products in the context of Vietnam’s digital transformation.
