On March 9, 2023, an online seminar on "Women's rights in a changing world of work" was held on the occasion of March 8 - International Women's Day, as well as Zonta Rose Day - a day to honor the most influential and inspiring women of our time. The event was organized by Zonta International, and it was attended by Zonta members and like-minded people, members of the Bulgarian Teachers' Union, teachers from the National School of Dance Art (NUTI), members of other non-governmental organizations, and others.

At the beginning of the seminar, Mrs. Bistra Ilieva - representative of District 30 at Zonta International and the Advocacy Committee and the UN introduced the participants to the mission and causes of Zonta. After that, the first speaker - Mrs. Milena Dragiiska - CEO of Lidl Bulgaria, shared good practices for diversity and equality in the company, but also talkes about the challenges that the mother leader faces in her career. Miss Olya Peneva - business and human rights expert, manager of ESG Help Desk, ESG Lab at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", presented the pilot ESG training program with Zonta International on the topic "Women's rights in the changing world of work".
