The Faculty of Economics of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and the Sofia Municipal Agency for Privatization and Investment (Sofia Investment Agency - investsofia.com) signed a memorandum of cooperation for a three-year period.

On behalf of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski” the memorandum was signed by the Rector of Sofia University Prof. Dr. Habil. Anastas Gerdjikov and the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration Assoc. Prof. Dr. Atanas Georgiev, and on behalf of Sofia Investment Agency – by the Chief Executive Officer Dr. Maria Hristova.

With the memorandum, the parties declare their commitment to unite their actions for the training of highly qualified specialists in economics and business management. The purpose of the agreement is to support the development of Bulgarian higher education and business, to stimulate the renewal of students' knowledge, skills and competencies, which will have a positive effect on the competitiveness and growth of the economy.
