Chief Assist. Prof. Marina Stefanova, PhD has been member of the "Industrial Economics and Management" Department since the Autumn of 2020. She is a director of the Master's programme "Responsible and Sustainable Governance".

- Corporate development, merging and acquisitions
- Good corporate governance
Main research interests: corporate sustainability and responsibility, sustainable leadership, sustainable supply chain management, economy of shared values

- 2018 – 2020 Chairperson of the MB of the Bulgarian Association of CSR specialists
- 2019 – 2020 Member of the MB of Association of the Bulgarian Investor Relations Directors
- 2017– 2020 Member of the MB of the Bulgarian Food Bank
- 2016 – 2020 Member of the Consultative council on CSR to the Ministry of labour and social policy

- 2021 – Coordinator of the ESG Academy in partnership with the Bulgarian Association of CSR Specialists
- 2021 – Coordinator of the Academy for sustainable leadership “SustainAblities” in partnership with Kauzi foundation
- 2020 – Coordinator of the National Academy for business and child rights in partnership with UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF)
- 2013-2014 – Partner in the UN simulation model for the UN Global Compact, organized by SOFIMUN
- 2012-2014 – Manager of the traineeship program to the Global Compact Network Bulgaria
