The discussion was attended by students from different ethnic groups, as well as international students.

The lecture is within the project "Religion and the Public Sphere: Interdisciplinary approaches" carried out by a team at Sofia University’s Centre for the Study of Religions funded by the National Science Fund at the Bulgarian Ministry of Education, Youth and Science.

The main goal of the research is to clarify the content of the Bulgarian policies which are related to the management of the differences, connected to the ethnic or religious identity manifestation in public .
