PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

This part-time opportunity is suitable for students interested in HR Services who would like to gain valuable knowledge and practical experience.

 

Our team, local HR Services, provides on-site services in where unique country support is required. By combining local labour knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery.
Local HR Services is responsible to resolve employee requests, consult employees and carry out operational HR administration across whole employee life cycle (parts of onboarding, contractual changes and termination process).

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Support the HR Operations function by administration of sick charts, absences, maternity, paternity, exceptional leaves;
  • Prepare reports for the payroll related to absences;
  • Responsible for submitting documents to NSSI (National Social Security Institute)
  • Prepare and submit invitation letters to Migration department in case of colleagues visiting from non-EU countries
  • Other activities in the HR Operational field

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or other related studies
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Customer oriented
  • Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, self-driven attitude
  • Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures
  • Ability to plan and organize work well
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in written and verbal Bulgarian & English
