Състояние, електрични и реологични свойства на моделни 2D системи: монослоеве, липозомни бислоеве, суспензии от наночастици и нанокапсули; организация на ензимни и фотохимични реакции на повърхността, състояние, електрични и реологични свойства на моделни монослоеве на биополимери от растителен произход. Атомно-силова микроскопия (AFM).
