Within the scope of the new BLUECEE project (Strengthening policy and Governance Capacity for Blue Energy in Central and Eastern Europe), the Center for the Study of Democracy is looking for motivated university students and young researchers, interested in taking on the role of coalition officer in the newly established Black Sea Renewable Energy Coalition (BSREC).

BLUECEE aims at strengthening the capacity and readiness for multi-level governance of sustainable energy deployment in 4 CEE countries (Croatia, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria) with a focus on unlocking the enormous offshore wind potential in the region. In order to do so, the project envisions the establishment of an informal Black Sea Renewable Energy Coalition, where various stakeholders from the region such as businesses, public authorities, knowledge institutions and civil society, meet on a regular basis to exchange ideas and align their interests.
