You will be accountable for:
- Supporting the real estate valuation & advisory process
- Performing various market research
- Analysing large data sets to produce insights
- Financial modelling activities
- Organizing and maintaining internal databases
- Coordinating and facilitating communication within the department, as well as with clients
- General administrative and organizational tasks
You are:
- Possessing a university degree in Economics or Finance (or studying towards one)
- Fluent at English
- An advanced MS Office user
- An ambitious individual with strong desire to succeed
- Able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals
- A self-motivated person, able to work under minimal direct supervision, but remain accountable for results
- A team player
- A critical thinker with problem-solving attitude
