As part of our activity, we also provide professional services to other entities of Aurubis Group. For our Corporate External Affairs department, we are looking for an Assistant Corporate External Affairs (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

  • In this role you render supreme support to Vice President Corporate External Affairs of Aurubis AG and her team.
  • You are in charge of organizing the meetings for the department both internally and with external stakeholders on a very high level.
  • You lend a hand to the team in creating presentations, documents and briefings for appointments with external guests.
  • You coordinate business trips and process travel expense accounting of the department head.
  • You take care of the office premises in Berlin, Germany and Brussels, Belgium in terms of daily functioning & maintenance.
  • Furthermore, you act as a welcome person in our Sofia office being the first point of contact at our reception there.

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed your university degree in Economics, Business administration or relevant.
  • You have profound understanding of business processes, compliance and relationship management.
  • It is essential that you are proficient in both English and German.
  • In-depth user knowledge of MS 365 Office and some basic knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and proactivity are needed and highly appreciated.
  • You possess strong time and self-management skills and always put them in use.
