About the role:

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support us with daily activities related to archiving of contracts and the handling of document flow in our Finance and Accounting team.

 

What you will do:

  • Archiving (physical and electronic) of all new non-trading contracts of Axpo Bulgaria
  • Maintaining and improving the current physical archive
  • Transfer of the current electronic archive of Axpo Bulgaria to a new archiving platform
  • Managing of the incoming document flow of the Finance department
  • Timely and accurate distribution of all documents to the respective folders

 

What you bring & who you are:

  • Experience in an administrative role which requires handling of document flow
  • Educational background or professional experience in the areas of Finance, Accounting or Controlling will be considered an advantage
  • Responsible with ability to prioritize and manage one's time
  • Attention to detail
  • Pro-active attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken)
