As a Junior Entity Management Consultant, you will be crucial in ensuring that TMF Group's client companies remain fully compliant with current labor legislation. This entry-level role is focused heavily on Employment Law and offers a direct path into the world of international corporate services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Document Preparation: Drafting essential labor documents, such as agreements, addendums, and termination papers.
• Employee Onboarding: Managing the full onboarding process for new employees and maintaining meticulous records.
• Client Communication: Engaging in daily correspondence with clients and providing necessary reports.
• Compliance Support: Providing support during inspections performed by labor authorities.

The role is designed for individuals who are ready to learn and grow. TMF Group values teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Ideal candidates should possess:

• A relevant professional degree (e.g., Faculty of Law or Human Resources).
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
