We are looking for a new colleague to join Experian Global Finance Services (GFS). Recently voted as one of the Top 20 Shared Service Organisations by SSON analytics, we are committed to continuous improvement. Global Finance Services is the fastest growing area of the Experian finance team with c 50% of the Experian Finance roles within this organisation. Global Finance Services is based in 4 main locations: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Sofia, Bulgaria; San Jose, Costa Rica; and Santiago, Chile with satellite offices in Nottingham, UK and Costa Mesa, US.

We are currently looking for an entry-level person who would be part of the FP&A cost team of UKI supporting one of the main costs of the company - data and royalties.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support month-end process with posting of journals including calculations and posting of accruals
  • Support the preparation of the cost forecast
  • Support the reporting related to the due payments to suppliers

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or relevant numerate science
  • Ability to be proactive and work independently, with the skill to adapt and drive change where necessary
  • Technical accounting skills and experience with MS Excel
  • Highly logical, numerate individual with an unfaltering attention to detail
  • Fluency in English
