JOB DESCRIPTION PERSONAL ASSISTANT

  • Working hours - based on a pre-agreed schedule,
  • Work in the office in Sofia + Business trips in Bulgaria,
  • Full time job – civil contract (граждански договор)
  • Access to valuable educations

Description of the responsibilities:

  • Administration: preparation of presentations and documents for presentations, records of education and attendance documents, preparation of statistics, processing of production, travel orders, preparation of documents for accounting,
  • Email processing: emails with colleagues in the Slovak Republic and in Bulgaria, financial partners in the Slovak Republic and in Bulgaria, headquarters in Slovakia and Bulgaria, other emails as needed,
  • Purchase: plane tickets, hotels, PC components, printers, office supplies, books...ect,
  • Organization of education: Communication with hotels + organising of educations, organization of business trips in the Slovak Republic and Bulgaria
  • Preparation of documents for clients: preparation of contracts, preparation of financial plans, preparation of offers, client service, other agenda with clients,
  • Personal agenda of Mr. Skultety
  • Other agenda - as required and agreed.

Requirements:

  • Pedantness, precision and consistency - without the need for control !!! (making minumum mistakes)
  • Language requirements: English, Bulgarian
  • MS office advanced (especially word, excel, powerpoint) + Adobe Acrobat,
  • Attitude to look for solutions independently,
  • Business dress-code,
  • Driver's license of group B (not required, but it is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel,
  • Willingness to work sometimes on weekends and holidays,
  • Interest in long-term cooperation,
