Тhe Center for the Study of Democracy (CSD), a public policy institute fostering the reform process in Europe through impact on policy and civil society, is looking for a data visualization person on project base.

The candidate should preferably be working with PowerBI and/or Tableau for the following task:

• Developing an online data visualization tool that allows users to easily explore the Energy Security Risk Index, its four sub-indexes and the individual components that are used to calculate the index through interactive charts. The tool must allow users to disaggregate the index and to compare its values for Bulgaria with values for Romania and Greece. The tool must be developed based on an Excel database with the statistical indicators for the three countries.
• Interest and knowledge about energy policy and security would be an asset but is not required
• It is a part-time engagement.
