Hiring a Recruitment Resourcer with German and English, based in Sofia

Stamford Consultants is a Swiss recruitment company. In an attempt to optimize their processes and the communication with their applicants, they established a resource center in Sofia in cooperation with the local company Voxtrade net.

The job:

- Sourcing candidates for mid-to-expert level jobs in IT and pharmaceuticals
- Phone interviews with IT and Life Sciences professionals
- Job ads management
- Preparing candidate presentations for the client companies
- Candidate tracking system maintenance
- Responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process for the local Sofia team
- Active role in the growth and development of the project, strategic decision-making as to the future activities of the team

Your profile:

- Fluency in German and English
