Position: Technical Support Analyst

What do we need?

We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst fluent in English who is willing to develop and maintain strong relationship with our clients, based on trust, delivery and execution in order to drive service excellence.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer support service;
• Analyse and troubleshoot reported issues, collect necessary information to ensure resolution.
• Take ownership of various inquiries, be proactive on customer satisfaction.
• Provide quality assurance support when providing features to clients.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to the customers.
• Provide support to client meetings by leveraging in-depth system capabilities.
• Create knowledge base articles, track and record various documentation

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Fluency in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and work under pressure skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Previous work experience in customer and/or technical support (desired)
• Previous work experience in web platform operations (desired)
• Previous work experience in market research and consultancy (desired)
