We are looking for a passionate HR Assistant to join our team.

 

As a HR Assistant, you will support different activities within the Human Resources team with focus on learning on development and people survey programs.

 

Requirements:

  • Organizes all aspects of a training delivery, including work with internal training platform, follow- up on participants, ensure facilities and amenities are well organized on the highest quality
  • Manages development activities calendars, schedules, plans facilities and equipment, creates attendance lists and sends invites
  • Prepares and distributes learning materials, communicate with internal and external vendors for training logistics and support the L&D Expert in the overall process
  • Point of contact for employees regarding needs for information, clarifications, schedules, and other details related to learning and development activities
  • Maintains up to date training database and reports
  • Assists in maintaining the administration of internal people engagement survey as results analysis, action planning consolidation and delivery
  • Handles other day-to-day operational issues or ad-hoc needs related to learning and development and HR activities

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Great eye for detail, experience with MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and fluency in English are must-have requirements
  • Enthusiastic and results-oriented, as a HR Assistant, you must have a creative approach to problem-solving
  • To be considered, you must be a team player who enjoys interacting with different stakeholders.
  • Possess outstanding communication skills and an adaptable approach towards multiple priorities are also key
