Expanding our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for an experienced Transfer Pricing Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports Group’s Head of Tax and the Tax Managers in all transfer pricing related affairs and provides updates on the progress of tasks;
  • Performs transfer pricing analysis and planning for the SUNOTEC companies, with respect to specific transactions or types of transactions, within the current transfer pricing model as well as in its further updates;
  • Prepares transfer pricing documentation for the different entities engaging with related parties, incl. local transfer pricing files, and group master file, and communicates with external advisors in this respect;
  • Performs research of the local and foreign tax legislation and relevant tax administration and court practices in the transfer pricing area;
  • Supports Tax Managers in analysis of Group value chain transactions for tax purposes;
  • Demonstrates and develops further attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to work relatively independently;
  • Willingness to learn new things and develop as a tax professional.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Economics or Finance;
  • General knowledge of Bulgarian and international (EU and OECD) tax legislation and guidelines;
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience as tax consultant, specialist or similar, in-house or in a consulting firm would be considered an advantage;
  • Fluent English (written & verbal).
