What you'll be doing:

• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions;
• Development, implementation and monitoring of credit scoring models and decision strategies;
• Making decisions and having a direct impact on the operations and financial results of the company;
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes;
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

What's needed from you?

• Experience in the data science field;
• Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets;
• Advanced user of relational databases – Microsoft SQL or equivalent;
• Experience with data visualization tools – Power BI or equivalent;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Willingness to both learn and share knowledge with their colleagues.
