Position:
- Title: Information Management Assistant (Information Technology Infrastructure Assistant)
- Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
- Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Salary: BGN 37,215/year (gross)
Candidate Requirements:
- Education and Experience:Option 1:Education: University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 3 years in network/computer systems or IT user support.
- Option 2:Education: High school diploma.
- Experience: 6 years in network/computer systems or IT user support.
- Language Proficiency:English (Level 3 – Good working knowledge).
- Bulgarian (Level 4 – Fluent).
- Specialized Knowledge:Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server platforms, troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Proficiency in VMware, Microsoft Exchange, network administration, mobile devices, and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional IT services to embassy staff.
- Maintain and administer IT infrastructure (PCs, servers, networks, mobile devices, and software).
- Train and advise staff on IT best practices and updates.
Additional Information:
- Contract Duration: Indefinite, subject to successful completion of the probationary period.
- Security Clearance: Public Trust background investigation required.
- Start Date: Within one month of receiving clearance.
