Administrative details

This is a full-time position (not internship) for recent university graduates with office location in Sofia, Bulgaria. We offer regular office hours Monday - Friday and hybrid work mode.

What we offer

Our Supply Chain Management Trainee program offers a unique opportunity to unlock your full potential and develop yourself as a future leader in our team. Learn about our supply chain industry and how we operate in a rapidly changing economic environment. You will have access to the on-the-job development through various Supply Chain activities as a peer to our Supply Chain collaborators. You will also broaden your understanding of optimization of planned costs, defining action plans and innovating processes, while suggesting digitalization improvements. As well as searches for process efficiency opportunities and delivering data driven recommendations while collaborating with other departments such as operations, finance, commercial, safety and quality.

As part of this traineeship, you will join our two-year Next Generation Graduate Program where you will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals from across EMEA, enriching each other while addressing business challenges. Together you will build first-class skills and a network that will benefit you throughout your career.

As a participant in the program, you will:

  • Collaborate on projects with other trainees (in-person and virtually)
  • Join regular networking sessions with managers and peer groups
  • Benefit from individual and group coaching from current or former trainees
  • Participate in a highly engaging in-person Summits where you will interact with senior leaders and join learning sessions and personal development workshops

What we look for

Required qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Transportation & Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management or any other related field
  • 0-2 years of work experience including internship experience
  • Fluency in English and Bulgarian. Any other European language would be considered an advantage
  • Willingness to develop as a Supply Chain professional and future people manager.

  • Natural leadership ability, motivation, initiative, risk appetite and resilience
  • Curiosity to learn and create new ways of building and improving systems and processes
  • Strong communication and influencing skills; multiple stakeholder management
  • Ability to step out and think big staying focused on the details; brining projects to the finish line
  • Understanding and strong interest in geo-political dynamics and trends
  • Strong data and analytical skills and ability to proactively identify and resolve problems
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural and multi-functional teams.

Selection process

The selection process is a discovery for both of us and starts with an introductory self-recorded video interview. The shortlisted candidates will be invited to a series of video interviews with the EMEA Supply Chain team followed by a final meeting with the leadership team.
