We at CXG Outsourcing are on the lookout for an Email and Chat Support with Arabic to join a partner of ours – a leading trading company.
What a day in the life of an Email and Chat Support with Arabic is like:
- Providing information about the instruments and services of the company
- Verifying the request details with the customer
- Providing support regarding technical and payment issues to customers queries by email and chat
- Responding to customer requests for installation, registration, and regular operations with client’s software
- Following up on the successful completion of each case and aiming towards a complete customer’s satisfaction
To be successful on this role you’ll need:
- Fluency in the Arabic and English
- Desire to work on a hybrid model (3 days at the office, 2 days at home)
- Willingness to work on shifts (Monday to Sunday; 08:00-22:00)
- Previous experience in the area will be considered a plus
- Financial or Economic education will be considered an advantage
