Job Overview

As a Business Analyst at ITF, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business operations. Your main responsibility will be to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies that drive efficiency and growth. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their business needs through interview sessions and business requirement document analysis.
  • Assist business departments in refining requirements, identifying edge cases.
  • Understand business cases and services.
  • Document change requests and keep project documentation up to date.
  • Define MVPs.
  • Ensure proposed solutions are sustainable and scalable.
  • Work closely with IT development teams during the development phase.
  • Attend lead meetings, preparing meeting minutes in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Requirement Engineer.
  • Practical experience with requirements gathering, translating business needs and ideas into functional specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, self-driven, with ownership mindset.
  • Good understanding of process and project management.
  • Fluency in English.
