Get ready to upgrade your learning experience and ignite your passion for Leadership, Business, Marketing, Emotional Intelligence, and Personal Development.

Leadership Summer School is an international project organized by the Mummert Alumni Association for the sixth time. Our mission is to enable students and young professionals from Central and Eastern Europe to make a contribution to the sustainable development of their home countries. And we do it through strengthening social development, competitiveness, and cultural exchange of students in Central and Southeastern Europe.

The Leadership Summer School will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the principles of leadership and how to apply them in real-life situations.

Through a combination of interactive workshops, inspiring talks from industry leaders, and practical exercises, you will gain the skills and confidence needed to lead with impact and influence.

This program will take place in Stuttgart, Germany, from August 6-16th, and only 25 participants from Central and Eastern Europe will be joining us.

You are eligible to apply if:

• You are a student or a recent graduate, from 21 to 26 years old;
• You are from Central or Eastern Europe (including Southeastern countries, detailed list of eligible countries available on the website);
• Your English is fluent and you can interact in this language;
• You are motivated, proactive and brave enough to step out of your comfort zone!
• Being active in your community is considered an advantage.

In order to participate, each participant will have to contribute with the participation fee of €150. Each participant with a paid registration fee will receive:

• Contemporary and exclusive lectures;
• 3 events in Germany throughout one year, the first of them is in Stuttgart;
• Mentorship;
• Certificate of completion;
• Access to online courses throughout the year;
• Additional online lectures;
• Accommodation and meals (3 meals per day) during the whole program;
• €150 reimbursement for travel costs per event;
• Opportunity to make connections all around Europe.
