Job description: Personal assistant
- Working hours – based on a pre-agreed schedule with the employer;
- In the beginning part-time, later full-time job;
- Work in the office in Sofia, later as full-time also Business trips in Slovakia;
- Income – based on agreement with the employer. If satisfied, increasing = above-standard income in the economy;
- Access to valuable educations;
- Personal growth.
Description of the responsibilities:
- Administration: post office, preparation of presentations and documents for presentations, records of education and attendance documents, preparation of statistics, processing of production, travel orders, preparation of documents for accounting;
- Email processing: emails with colleagues in the Slovak Republic and in Bulgaria, financial partners in the Slovak Republic and in BG, PGSK and PGBG headquarters, other emails as needed;
- Purchase: plane tickets, hotels, PC components, printers, office supplies, books, etc.
- Organization of education: Communication with hotels + organizing of educations, organization of business trips in the Slovak Republic and Bulgaria;
- Preparation of documents for clients: preparation of contracts, preparation of financial plans, preparation of offers;
- Personal agenda of employer and his family;
- Other agenda – as required and agreed.
Requirements:
- Pedantness, precision and consistency without the need for control (making minimum mistakes);
- Language requirements: English, Slovak + willingness to learn Slovak language (teacher paid by employer);
- MS office advanced (especially word, excel, PowerPoint) + Adobe Acrobat;
- Attitude to look for solutions independently;
- Business dress code;
- Willingness to travel;
- Willingness to work sometimes on weekends and holidays – especially the last days of the month + one weekend per month;
- Interest in long-term cooperation.
