What will you learn:
- Gather and summarize all management’s requirements regarding job vacancies
- Post job openings internally/externally through our applicant tracking system as well as job boards
- Proactively source candidates via social media (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Assess CVs according to preliminary set criteria and conduct phone-screening interviews
· Support organizing events to meet students and potential employees. You can also support in the end to end recruitment process.
· Support challenging projects across various aspects of Talent Acquisition that can also form the basis of a thesis project
What do we offer:
During this internship, you will support our global Talent Acquisition team, which will help you to:
· learn how to Establish relationships with global teams
· keep updated the recruitment database and produce recruitment-related reports on a regular basis.
· work with all the internal HR platforms covering onboarding and offboarding processes
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Who you are:
· You are self-driven, well-organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced and international environment and want to make an impact and leave your mark on one of the cornerstones of our organization!
· You are currently undertaking or a graduate of Bachelor/ Master’s degree preferably in HR, or any other related study. You have a proactive and positive attitude – you get things done. You are Social media and tech savvy. You have a strong ability to write and communicate information in English, other languages are a plus.
