Technical Assistant
An international company is looking for a part-time Technical Assistant for its office in Sofia
Responsibilities:
- Keeping incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Registering invoices from vendors
- Payments processing via e-banking platforms
- Preparing different reports as needed
- Filing documents
- Communicating with suppliers and partners
- Working with office equipment – printer, scanner, fax, etc.
Requirements for the position:
- Excellent command of English language
– both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
- Desire to learn and develop
- Preferably a student with an economic background
- No previous experience required
