The Opportunity

Join a small, unique, graduate program focused on real estate asset management that will give you an excellent introduction to the industry, tailored technical training and mentorship throughout and hands-on important work right from the start.

We operate across 10 countries but have the feel of a closely connected office with cross-country project teams and as a graduate you will be part of one global graduate program where we bring everyone together for academies and off-sites. You will benefit from working along industry leaders and seasoned professionals with outstanding track records in the fields of; Real Estate Asset Management, Investment Banking and Private Equity.

What does Resolute Asset Management Do?

At Resolute we manage and advise on real estate assets to maximise returns and recoveries for investors and lenders through a very specialist approach that combines institutional investment discipline, specialized data capabilities and intensive local execution and management. Our primary goal is to assist accidental owners of real estate exposures to achieve their strategic objectives. We have combined experience in real estate of over 1,000+ years.

Graduate Scheme Overview:

Resolute Asset Management Graduate Scheme aims to attract, invest and develop bright new graduates who are looking to kick-start their career in real estate asset management in a vibrant and multicultural environment.

The program runs for a year from November and allows the successful candidate to work across a variety of Resolute’s different projects completing 3 to 4 different rotations over the course of the programs.

In 2020 start dates will be staggered from September to November.

Each candidate will have a dedicated mentor in their dedicated office. Along with the day to day work and tasks, candidates will also be trained on the core competencies that each Resolute employee should possess.

Extensive training is provided throughout the program and through a variety of methods including;

• Induction Programme: Two-week induction where graduates and will be taught basic skills that any Resolute employee should possess. After that they will be assigned to their respective offices
• In house training: periodic training will be held in the form of classroom lectures
• LinkedIn Learning Platform: On an on-going basis, Resolute’s LinkedIn Learning training platform will be widely used where tasks and courses can be set.

• 1:1 Mentor Coaching: Each Graduates' Mentor will dedicate time for 1:1 coaching to fill gaps and strengthen competencies

Graduates will be regularly evaluated by their project colleagues and given feedback from the Graduate Scheme Leader.

Graduates that are successful over the course of the year will be offered full time positions in their respective office.
