Role Description Summary
The main purpose of the intern is to manage end-to-end purchasing process from ordering to delivering. Create a process, clear every issue that may arise in this end-to-end process, detect any bottlenecks and suggest solutions for clearing-up. Improvement suggestions for system alignment and process improvements are always welcome.

Description of KEY responsibilities:
· Keep track of all open orders of key suppliers and issue purchase orders in SAP as
demanded by the market.
· Review and update the main database for order tracking and suggest improvements and
· Align different supply-chain systems.
Education and skills required:
☺ Current student or recent graduate willing to develop in the field of Supply Chain
☺ English proficiency;
☺ Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel;
☺ Basic understanding of accounting principles and supply chain terminology;
☺ Flexible, open-minded, passionate and fast learner.
Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension based on the performance and availability
of the intern.
