Conference Hall
A recently completed Concept of digital cultural diplomacy is to be presented in the Conference Hall on 12th April, 18:30 h., as announced by Sofia University Cultural Centre.
The document is designed to meet the needs of the State Cultural Institute with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and is a result of the institution efforts to monitor and apply current tendencies of public diplomacy.
