Two Master’s programs are offered: full-time lasting one year and part-time lasting a year and a half. Candidates should be humanities graduates awarded a bachelor’s or a master’s degree. Masters of Library and Information Services and Cultural Policy will be trained to participate in the planning and implementation of a national library policy, in data provision for science, education, industrial and social activities; to organize universal access to information resources in other countries; to participate in the management of libraries and information institutions and to establish connections and interaction between all cultural institutions and sections; to work at local cultural centers, business organizations, etc.
