The application for the academic 2012/2013 year can take place at any time during the period June, 15th - September, 15th.
The initial enrollment has to be done no later than the beginning of the academic year (October, 1st). The re-enrollment of the students (every semester) has to be done at the start of each semester, after the students have paid their tuition fees.
